Kaaya or Kriya 2

Raj and Jeet were all worried about Kaaya and they rushed to informed Akaay about the thing happened. Akaay all worried ran behind Kaaya but to his surprise she was gone. He followed her till the building entrance but she wasn't seen. Akaay was all worried.

She ran cluelessly with tear filled eyes and unknowingly she bumped into Nimish. Nimish after finding her in this state was all worried and hugged her tightly. He patted her back with one hand and moved his another through her hair to make her calm. He knew Kaaya was having a panic attack. He took her to garden and made her sit. He held her hand and started singing. As he started singing he moved his hand behind her earlobe which helped her calm.

"Zara ruk ja ae bechainiya

Mujhko thoda aaram de

Gham mil gaye hain saugat mein

Khushiyon ka tu ehsaan de

Khud se hai narazagi

Tere gham ka hai ehsaas bhi

Chal chal ke thak gaye din mere

Aake inko tu shaam de

Barfe jami thi aankhon mein

Inko tha phir kabhi pighalna

Jo likha hua hai pehle se

Namumkin hai badalna

Kaaya was calmed down... Akaay had reached at garden few minutes back and he saw how Nimish was calming Kaaya. He closed his fist in anger seeing another guy being close to her.

Kaaya wiped her nose, Nimish patted her head, "Shhhhh, what happened to such beautiful girl. Who made you cry?." Upon hearing his voice Kaaya got alert, she looked up and wiped her eyes and runny nose. "Ahh, no one. I was missing Home. I'm stressed with pre submission deadlines and I'm lost, I cannot do it anymore. I wanna go away from all this." Nimish stood patiently listening to her and replied, "Is that the case? So let's book your flight asap. Lemme check which one is the earliest" Nimish took out his phone and pretended searching earliest flight, Kaaya snatched his phone and said, "I'm not going anywhere, call for submissions is important, I gotta share my progress with them otherwise my career is doomed." Nimish smiled and said, "So it's not submissions stress, isn't it? What it is then?" In the middle on conversation Akaay who was standing there for quite few minutes came running from behind and called out Kaaya loudly. He acted gasping and stood there for few seconds putting his hands down at knees. Nimish said, "Who is this guy? Do you know him? Why he's gasping so hard?" While Nimish was approaching Akaay Kaaya held his hand and said, "I happened to know him but I no longer intend to be known. No need to worry. He'll be fine, he has got many people to look out for him." 

Kriya also came downstairs, "Akaay are you okay, why did you run this way? What made you worry? Are you okay? You're gasping. Hey guys, help me out taking him upstairs." Both approached them but Kaaya ignored and moved ahead. "I'm heading upstairs Kri, sorry but I cannot help him out. See you upstairs." Both Nimish and Kriya was surprised to see Kaaya like this, in their impression Kaaya has always been the sweet, helpful person and they were stranged with this version of Kaaya. However they happened to ignore this for now and took Akaay upstairs. They all came upstairs. The ambience was still cheerful. They sat down with the guests.

All were listening to music, singing, dancing. While playing activities it was Kaaya's turn she was asked to present few lines, she took a pause, glanced at Akaay and said, "I am not able to say anything spontaneously but I'll try. Usne di dastak mere dwar jab akelpan tha aadat sa sawaar. Par jab wo ban gaya meri aadat usne chodd diya saath, le gaya mera sukoon bass chodd gaya akelapan. Meri har mannat har dua maangti Rahi use, Par wo to chah me tha anjaan hone me." (He knocked my door when I was doomed alone-lonely. When he became my addiction he left me, with him he took away my happiness and again left me alone. My wish and prayer was to find him everywhere while he was intending to be not) Nimish saw the numbness Kaaya held at that moment and everyone was thinking about someone or something. 

To cheer the mood Kriya made request to Akaay to sing a song for all. Akaay was in no mood and denied. Raashi said, "I believe it's my sister's day, and you're special to her and that is why she made a special request to you. Please do honour her request." It sounded like a taunt more than concern. Akaay agreed. While he was choosing song Kriya asked Nimish to play instruments with him which he had from their last musical night stay. Nimish agreed. Before he decided as to which song he's singing Akaay caught sight at Kaaya she was sitting bowing down her head, her hair flicks was covering her face. Both Akaay and Nimish discussed the song and everyone was keen to listen what Akaay was going to sing.

Akaay once again caught sight, Kaaya was adjusting her flicks and Akaay started singing 'kabhi tumhe' song from the movie shershah,

Kaaya instantly looked up at him, her eyes were still carrying tears. While everyone was enjoying the song Nimish happened to know the vibe. 

"Kabhi Mujhe Der Jo Ho Jaaye

Wakt Ko Thoda Bacha Lena

Phir Se Milunga Main Tumko Wahin

Jo Na Milun Toh Saza Dena

Meri Zameen Ko Tere Kadam Ka

Kaaya got up from her place and went to kitchen. Nimish while playing violin was noticing all these things. Akaay's eyes also were tearful, his voice was heavy and he instinctly raised his tone while singing as if he was calling out for something, 

"Main Khuda Se Tere Siwa

Kuchh Aur Na Magunga

Kabhi Tumhe Yaad Meri Aaye

Itni Si Baat Samajh Jaana

Phir Se Milunga Main Tumko Wahin

Raah Se Meri Guzar Jaana"

Nimish ended the song with soft violin, everyone clapped and it broke the moment. Kriya held Akaay's hand, "I'm not going to leave your hand this time, I've hold it for lifetime now. I had once committed mistake of letting you go but now you and me are tied together forever. No energy could separate us." Akaay held Kriya's hand, "I believe you were made just for me. You're HIS (GOD'S) gift to me. I'm never going to leave you this time and I'm holding you forever." Nimish noticed that Akaay didn't looked at Kriya while speaking however, he was staring at Kaaya. Kaaya smirked and turned her back and while she was heading her room Nimish called her, "Kaayu wait. I want to sing something for you all, this is for you all girls. Kaayu sit."

Nimish adjusted his guitar,

"saari raat aahein bharta

pal pal yaado mein marta

maane na meri mann maera

sooni sooni sham soone savere

behte hain ansoo mere

jaane kuch bhi na mann mera

kabhi tera tha jo begaana ab hai woh

dewaana dewaana samjhe na

khabi khoya rahe

khabi roya phir kare

kabhi toote hue sapne sanjoya phir kare

....."

Nimish noticed that Kaaya was holding her tears, she was biting her lips harder, her fists were tighten. Nimish sensed there has something happened. The way she came crying down stairs in parking, the way she looked down at Akaay, her strange behaviour and reactions, she was being resentful towards Akaay which was unusual of her. However he could not confront Kaaya unless she wanted to be confronted. He kept singing,

aisi bhi kya re mohabbat

rone se milti nahi fursat

kabhi chup chup rahe

kabhi jid pe aajaye

Nimish silently moved his eyes towards kaaya as if he was telling her to be calm and she has got his back. Kaaya looking at Nimish took a deep breath and smiled as if she was telling him she was fine. Akaay noticed that there's a chemistry between these two which made him so uncomfortable that he left Kriya's hand and furiously went in balcony. Kriya was unaware about the happenings. 

The celebration was concluded early morning and everyone bid their bye to Kriya and wished her well. Akaay didn't come inside and was still standing outside. After sending all the guests it was her, Raashi, kaaya, Nimish, Akaay and his friends in the house.

Let's see what is to happen.
