Cafe Giggles -Three

Months passed and Kaaya noticed month end was there. But busy in her studies she had completely forgotten about the musical guy. Kaaya's distant cousin Samartha had called her randomly to check on her. Kaaya told her that she was missing her and asked her to return to Banglore, India, soon. Once a month, she visits her cousin's home. She had a great time with her uncle and aunt, and they also like to have Kaaya over weekends. And that's how they conversed for some time.

Samartha told Kaaya to visit one cafe, which was situated on her way to the university and room. She suggested having their special Tiramisu and brewing coffee. "Kaayu, I want you to visit this cafe, I'm sharing the location; it tastes amazing. Visit it and let me know. It is owned by my Bengali friends Ray and Roy, who occasionally visits there." Kaaya agreed to the same and hung up the phone. When she saw the location, it was 'Cafe Giggles' She remembered it was the same cafe she and Kriya had visited a few months back. She decided to visit it on her way back home. 

It was 6 in the evening,, and Kaaya reached the cafe. As it was month end the musical gig evening was up. She went and had a seat by the window. She ordered Tiramisu and hazelnut frappe. She was enjoying the view and her phone rang. Her friends had video-called her. Kaaya was so happy to connect with them. For over an hour, they chit-chatted, they gossiped, and it was fun. She showed them the cafe around over the phone, and her friends too liked it. Meanwhile, a guy entered the cafe. The staff there greeted him, "Welcome, Ray, good evening Nimish, good evening, sir," everyone said. So it was Nimish Ray who owned the cafe and who occasionally visited there. 

Nimish noticed Kaaya through a window reflection when she was on a call with her friends. Kaaya was content to have a heartfelt conversation with her buddies; she was giggling. Her eyes, yes, had some tears as she was at a distance apart, and they were missing Kaaya and asked her to meet sooner. But she was happy at the same time. Nimish's eyes stuck on her for a while, and he stood there adoring her. Unknowingly a bright smile was brought on his face as he was watching Kaaya's craziness, blush, naughtiness, and giggles. Kaaya hung up the phone. And she relaxed with a deep breath. She muttered something and looked outside to enjoy the view. She noticed she had only finished the frappe, and Tiramisu was left untouched. 

Nimish started walking towards her to have a conversation with her. As she was about to have a bite of Tiramisu her phone rang. It was Kriya, "Ki and Kaa without any ki and kaa, please rush home, there's some urgency, and I'm in dire need of help from a friend. SOS bye." She hung up, but she was panicked was sure, and Kaaya was left clueless. She grabbed a big bite of Tiramisu, and with her filled mouth, she left in a hurry. Before Nimish could reach her, she was gone. Nimish blushed and moved his hands through his hair, and said, "Damn it, I missed her this time as well. How long do I need to wait for her to have a word." He called his friend Samartha and said, "Hey, I missed her by a minute Samu. When yesterday I saw a video call screenshot on your story with her, I was head over toes, and I happened to tell you to recommend my cafe. 4 months back, I saw her at my cafe when I was performing at a musical gig. She is my Theodore Samu; when I saw her walking towards me in that peach dress, wearing a delicate pearl necklace and studs, I was stunned. I feel like an oyster who could just hold the pearl inside it; likewise, I want to have him with me within me. And since then, I have visited the cafe only on musical gig evenings in the hope of seeing her. All these time she only appeared but never got a chance to have a chat. She disregarded me on flight as well. When I found out she was sitting next to me I was all worked up and I guess I made her little too uncomfortable. She might have thought I'm some creep, but thank God I was wearing a mask back there. Every single time I've seen her my heart drops a beat. What do I do now?" Nimish was upset. Samartha consoled Nimish and said, "Do you want me to set you guys on a date, Nimish. Or schedule a casual meet?" Nimish disagreed and said, "maybe not, I'll meet her with god's plan, Sam. Do not worry. I have been meeting her in the most unexpected ways all this time in Pune and now in Banglore as well. Let's talk in some time. I have to get going to meet someone" 

Nimish left the cafe for his scheduled meeting. While he was driving music was playing in his car,

Listening to this a smile came on Nimish's face. "Yes, the day isn't long before I'll meet you, Kaaya. If I've been made to wait for you, I'll wait for all right reasons because you're my destiny. How stupid of me to disturb destiny's plan on letting us meet."

Meanwhile, kaaya was also headed home by a cab and the cab driver turned on the radio wherein the same song was playing,

However, Kaaya got furious listening to this song and asked the driver to change. She muttered, "You deserve to be loved for being loving." She was lost in thought, and suddenly, tears started dropping from her eyes. She wiped her tears and got down. She rushed home, and she saw Kriya worried. She was holding her head in between her hands, and Kaaya asked Kriya what had happened.

So what would have happened if Kriya called Kaaya this urgent? Will Nimish and Kaaya will meet?
