Time waits for none....
[Note: It was a fine night I was
checking my WhatsApp stories and I stuck on one of my friend's story. I was amazed reading what he had posted, the story said, "Regret is stronger than gratitude¡¡¡". I was wondering how could it be true as we always say, "have fewer regrets in your life". So finally I decided to ask him why he put that and in reply, he said that "The dead receive more flowers than the living....". This made me think so deep and that's the reason for writing this blog, the blog is near to me and written to explore a new subject.]
The dead receive more flowers than the living.... Isn't this true? It's very hard for someone to listen to how valuable, precious they're when they're alive and it's easy for people to say good things at one's funeral. There's a reason that they never said the good things about the living person as they're entangled living in thoughts of what they believe is to be true or what others feed them to believe to be true. And it's their guilt which made them realise that we should have shown our love when there was time. And now the time has gone, the person is gone and what left for them is to regret not telling the person how much they meant, how much their presence mattered and now as they say deceased can't listen but by saying this they're feeling relieved, a less guilt to experience as they never admitted they're wrong and did wrong to the deceased.
My thought is that it's one of the ways to show gratitude towards the deceased by putting beautiful and fresh flowers. It made me realise that it's a kind gesture to let the world know that the person was worth living, valuable and his absence in this world isn't easy and he will always be in our hearts. For how long they've been with us it was wonderful and that they're great during the lifespan and now they're going to miss their presence and will always be a beautiful memory. The memory is like the fragrance of that flower, refreshing, which lasts only until it's alive and it'll fade as it grows and becomes dull.
It's not easy to admire other people, only a few can do that. But you never know even your small compliment, a kind gesture, care, love, respect, trust, motivation matters to someone. Start appreciating people around you. Let them know that they're doing good, or they need to do this. Communicate out with them till there's time and that person. Even though you don't like someone or hate someone, have grudges hold for long it's not easy to end them but it's possible to forgive them and free them and yourself from future regrets. Be the best of yourself and let others meet their bests!
Very true .. Keep it up ๐๐ค
